Laundromat FAQ
Our laundromat is open from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Yes, we are attended from 6 am - 6:00 pm.
We are both! Our machines take both coins and credit cards. We also accept EBT.
Yes, we do. We have 65 and 85 pound washers so you can wash big items like comforters, or wash multiple loads at a time.
Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off your clothes for us to wash and fold anytime between 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. We are always attended.
We use hypoallergenic detergents that are easy on the skin. You can upgrade to a different detergent for a small upgrade fee.
Regular service is only $1.74/lb. If you want your laundry back the same day, it is $1.99/lb. and must be dropped off by 10:30 a.m.
There is a minimum of $25 for wash and fold orders.
Generally, most orders are scheduled for the next day, although some orders take longer than a day. You will receive a text message when your order is ready for pickup.
No. We never wash your clothes with anyone else's.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer laundry services on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
If you sign up for weekly or biweekly service, the cost is only $1.74/lb. If you only use our service from time to time it is $1.90/lb.
There is a $45 minimum order for pickup and delivery orders.
It is easy! Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information.
Your washed and folded clothes will be returned to you on the next delivery day.
You do not. Just let us know where you will be leaving your laundry, so our driver knows where to find it. Please leave it in a secure location.
There is a place where you can let us know specific instructions when you place your order.
There is not. You can cancel at any time, but we know you will stay with us as long as we continue to provide excellent service.
We ask for your credit card information when you place your order. Your card will not be charged until the service is complete.
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.
Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
